Oneview - Consolidated Account Reports

OneView ~ Consolidated Account Reports: First click on the link and complete the following enrollment process:

  1. Click on the Registration button in the Vision2020 OneView page
  2. A prompt will ask for your social security number and a temporary password.
  3. Your temporary password will be provided by your advisor.
  4. You will then be able to establish your own user ID and password.

Once you’ve entered this information our office will receive notification of your request.  We will then approve the request and you will receive an e-mail confirming your account is ready for viewing. It may take a few business days to view your account.  When you are able to log in, the first screen that you will see will show your own accounts. In order to view all the accounts in your household, click on the field that says “Combined Account Portfolio” and choose the report below it with your name, then click the “Go” button below that.

Woodbury/Pershing ~ NetExchange Client: First click on the link and complete the following enrollment process:

  1. Click Register and Start Registration
  2. Review the terms and click I Agree
  3. Provide user information (The SSN must be the primary on the account)
  4. Verify your identity by answering the questions to safeguard your information
  5. Create a user ID and secure password – An email with be generated within 15 minutes to your email address used
  6. Click the link in the email to complete the registration process within three days
  7. A confirmation email will be sent when you have completed the registration process
  8. The first time you log in you will be asked to set up a series of security questions (If you are on your personal computer and select Remember me you can avoid answering the security questions the next time you log in)
  9. To select your security image click the blue “Select” hyperlink, this image will appear each time you log in
  10. Select a security phrase, then click Continue and Continue again (If you have additional accounts under your SSN it will ask if you would like to link those accounts, check the box to the left of each account and click Continue)
  11. To setup e-delivery click the Go Paperless link at the top right of any page
  12. Click Quick Enroll to enroll in all communications or click Edit and select the communications you would like e-delivered
  13. Click Save and then I Agree on the next page
  14. You will then see a pop up screen confirming your choices

An email will be sent to your email address when a new account communication is available to view online. To view the communication, log in to NetXInvestor and click “Communications.”
